The Lyra is built on the Vega last and ushers in a new era of all-round performance. This down-turned, moderately aggressive shoe uses the same RS rubber and has been updated with wrap-over randing for precise toe hooks and scums. A new lightweight and robust 2:1 closure has been introduced for easy on/off when at the gym or the crag. For those seeking high-end performance with a moderate amount of stiffness and ultimate friction, look no further.

I bought these to replace some butora acros and I think this shoe is much better. I have a narrow foot and they fit like a glove a half size down from my street shoe. The statement all around pretty much fits the shoe I feel I could climb anywhere with them and the rubber is SOOOOOO sticky!

I found that the half-size down was a better fit than my street shoe size. The shoe fits best if you have a narrow foot with Low-Volume heel.

The Lyra has both the sensitivity of a soft shoe and support/edging performance of a downturned aggressive shoe. I’m able to easily place my full weight (185lbs) on the tiniest footholds without any discomfort. I personally love using these shoes on climbs with microfootchips (slab wall) and on “pancake” footholds (tiny footholds with roundish surface that can easily make you slip).
