It’s constructed with a dual compound outsole, using the higher durometer RH rubber compound for the outer perimeter and softer, vibration-absorbing VD compound for the center tread. Made from breathable synthetic TPU, your feet will feel energized all day long, and the patented VD rubber sole will absorb energy and vibrations throughout the ride. With the combined lacing and Velcro system, you’ll get exceptional fit, performance and confidence, even on the most demanding trails. With a 55 asker c midsole, this shoe ensures all-day comfort, an instep Velcro strap keeps laces tucked in and tangle free, while the perforated tongue provides ventilation and breathability.

    Had these for a few months now. Super comfortable and feet stay planted well. Can’t wait to ride them in warm weather as the sole seems a bit harder than my Five Tens in the cold. I am however worried about durability. It’s only been a handful of rides and the shell is already split at the point where my toes bend and gets worse when I kneel down. It’s to the point that I’m actually wearing my five tens more so I can make these last longer. I really like these shoes and hope they survive the summer.     Could not be happier with the Dust Up, the rubber is working really good and sticks like glue. Lots of nice features makes this a really great shoe.

    After breaking in; exceptional traction.. I was coming off of 5.10 VXI with the Mi6 soles and these grip even better. Also breathe extremely well due to the venting under / near the tongue. That being said; these are not a viable wet weather shoe keeping your feet dry are high on the priority list. After 8 months of use the soles are definitely showing signs of wear – but I am running NP Horizons with some pretty deadly pins. That all being said – they are grippier than the grippiest 5.10 has / had to offer.. and the sole remains securely attached to the shoe (unlike the VXI’s). Highly recommend.

    Great shoes, i have about 4 months on them and they are solid. Lasting longer than other named brands. Size and width run true. Grip has never been an issue with DMR pedals.
