The UP-Rise Pro is a high-performance, slip-on moccasin that pays homage to the founder of the original sticky rubber. This traditional-style mocc is outfitted with an asymmetrical toe for precision footwork and a Velcro closure to ensure a snug fit. The closure sits high on the foot so as not to interfere with it jamming into cracks. The front of this shoe boasts a wrap-over randing covering the entire forefoot, ensuring every jam stays where it should whilst increasing the durability of the shoe. Whether you’re running up El Cap or single-pitching in Moab, the UP-Rise Pro should be at the top of your quiver.

The most comfortable climbing shoes I’ve ever worn; yet, I can still hit micro-edges and overhanging terrain. These are my new daily drivers. Haven’t tried them in cracks yet but, the construction feels beyond solid so, I can’t imagine them not being great in a crack. The purple color is sexy and the rubber is sticky icky

I wear 10.5 in Vans and barely flex my toes in these at size 11.5 (which is what I was aiming for). If you want more aggressive I’d get 11

comfy stiff slipper. the shoe out the box fits like a glove, felt very stiff. took this bouldering at the gym and the rubber grips like no other I’ve tried. it is immensely sticky. when slab climbing recently in these and they edged little nibs great! I feel like I can wear these all day doing multiple pitches. I sized these true to size, I’m wear 41 in sportiva and got a us men’s 10 in these, my toes fill in perfectly.

So, I haven’t gotten much use at the gym in these yet, But I so far, these shoes are killer, amazing grip. I feel like I can do anything in these. I’m female I’ve been climbing about a year. My street size is 9 I got these in an 8 and my toes are curled tight.

Had to return due to this shoe is Not meant for a narrow foot, but if and when they make a LV version, by god I am going to purchase a pair. The quality is there and I wish nothing but the best for unparallel

Got these shoes fit True to size. There is an air pocket near smaller toes running up towards the Velcro. My toes are curled but the shoes seem a bit loose. For an aggressive fit i’d go a full size down. Other than sizing / air pocket shoes seem quality.

Wonderful fit at a half size below street shoes. For me, I got the 9.5 and wear 10 mens. Sandstone and granite alike have much to fear from this mocc. Love getting the heads turning when I walk a boulder problem in crack climbing shoes.

The Uprise Pro is an excellent tool for almost anything on real rock. It’s almost too good in cracks but you will get used to that. I run 41.5 – 42.5 or 9.5 in most shoes and have a performance but not insane fit. The only thing this shoe really lacks is a bomber smears like a Tomoa blue or a Red Strap. I definitely pull this shoe out for a lot of tasks where a mix of precise thin climbing with the bonus of bomber toe and heel hooks you can’t get with most edging shoes. Bicycling a rest on vert or slab is the easiest with the UP PRO or a Red Strap out of a stable of 25+ shoes. I wish UP could get a nose like this on other shoes. The Tomoa is great but it just can’t drag or toe hook like this full cap! I will always keep a pair of these in my main quiver and most often on my feet as long as they are made. I own most models of performance shoes and this is a top 3 in my opinion. I haven’t worn TC’s in over a year and have a few sets on my shelf. They are great (and smear better than UP PRO) but they can’t pull boulder moves and effortless trick rests like these.

I have been less than enamored with Adidas/Five Ten after several of my faves continued to get redesigned or discontinued. I was urged by a mate from the gym to try this brand and all I can is “WOW”. I sized down half a shoe size and the shoe fits incredibly well and is comfortable to boot. With the exception of very aggro/gnarly heel hooks, I’ve tried everything from slab to overhung and I feel confident climbing in these shoes. 10/10 and I look forward to seeing more of what UP has to offer in the future. 🙂

Just an amazing shoe. Great edging and smearing. And so comfortable.
